Wrong. It is vintage. It's from 1987 'Look what the cat dragged in'.. someone must have got lucky and got it cheap. It is never on eBay, try for yourself.. don't use expired auctions. And some people are unaware of the value of things or perhaps they are not greedy.. doesn't mean it's not vintage

Tbh it does look like a more modern bootleg to me.
Although the only way to solve this issue is to upload a picture of the label!

Rare or not, the design isn't very great IMO. The blue colouring also looks a bit weird.

I'm not familiar with Poison merchandise (nor do I care to be), but I can tell you that this isn't even a reproduction of a vintage t-shirt. I have a keen eye for design, and artwork in this style didn't even exist in 1987. The design looks like something you could buy in a cheap store on a vacation to Mexico in the mid-2000s.
Besides all of that, the condition of the cotton tells you a lot about the shirt's age... I almost feel like this is a troll post.
