I bought it from a well-known German merchandising-company in the 90s.
It's an officially licensed tour-shirt which has been released for the "Gothic" tour.

I think that the "Sadness" tour was for the "Shades of God" album but anyway, i agree with Doctor. This is a great find!!!

It’s possible that you are right, because there are some tourdates from the April 1992 printed on the backside of the shirt and the regular “Shades of God” tour did start in May 1992, as I have just seen.
But on the back of the shirt there is the same circular Paradise Lost logo printed as it was used in front of the original “Gothic” shirt.
However, it’s definitely one of the last shirts with the old Paradise Lost logo.
It’s really a great shirt!
