Just came back from the gym where I did delts.
Squats in the morning tomorrow. fuckyeah.
no I also train. I train more for power than size these days as I am getting older. I just got back from teh gym. Chest and Tri day
flat bench - 2 x 120kg + 1 x 130kg + 1 x 140 kg (6 reps first 3 sets, 4 reps last set)
Dips - 4 sets
decline machine iso press 3 sets 30kg
hammer curls 3 sets 17.5kg
I was ment do do some pulldowns but got lazy and left

You're probably stronger than me.
I do sets of 8, so it isnt exactly the same.
But I do believe you could probably hit a better 1RM than me.
I'm on my very first bulk; i just came off a cut.
any tips in general?
if your going to bulk eat and dont be shy. Remember to take a FULL week off every 3 months or so, thats very important if your not on the gear. If your on gear its a very different game all together.
You have to work out hwat works best for you, when I used to bulk I would do 4 sets of 6 to 8 reps. If I got 8 next set would be more heavy if I got less than 6 (non forced) I would drop the weight. Dont do too many forced reps. there is heaps of good advise out there heaps of good videos on youtube, but the thing is find what works for you its just a matter of traning and tring different things. my 1RM on flat bench is 165kg
also DO DEADS and DO SQUATS.. no excuses :)

Nice ! Today I rest, and tomorrow I do a full body training in the afternoon :) But I do pull-up and abds every morning.
