It's kind of sad, that they have released their farewell-album. Makes me feel old...
But they leave with a bang!

Indeed. It hasn't sunk in yet for me. I keep liking the album more and more each listen. Really enjoy it. I'm sure I'll get emotional at some point listening to last note! 😔

I remember seeing Dave play live on German TV RTL 1988 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nQhEqvQvZ4). The start of the set with only his hair visible and the opening riff of Set The World Afire... still goosebumps. I instantly had to learn to play the guitar! But in my small town the music school only offered practice lessons for classic guitar. They had to hire a long-haired russian guy...

Yes! One of my favourite shows! I love this era. The setlists were fantastic! I have this on DVD. Mary Jane and Conjuring are so vicious. The whole footage is great!!
