Nice!! I have one too. Rad to finally know the deal with this shirt. I haven't been able to find when this shirt was made based on the tag, like with most shirts -- there is practically nothing about these "Jerzees 340 T-shirts" online. I've done my fair share of research on t-shirt brands over the years, and I was at a loss with this one... Anyway, just wanted to say thank you for posting this; it's been very helpful.. Pics of my copy are attached. Cheers mateš¤

Fair enough mate , the problem with this shirt was that after a couple of washing the back print ( mostly) was fade to death
Many late 90s Osmose shirts had the very same problem

When I got my shirt, it was deadstock, but I noticed that the ink of the back print was undercured and destined to wash out. Thankfully I've had decades experience screen printing shirts, and I simply ran a heat gun over the back print, cured the print, and the shirt was good to go. The shirt's been washed without issues, and wears just fine. But yeah, that back print is just not properly cured. Screen printing in the 90s was archaic compared to how it is now, and occasionally shirts had printing issues like this.
