Hi cool shirt
More interesred in your black dye comment
Can you kindly advise dye brand and process as i.ve never reached great results despite trying several sessions
cheers! I'm not really sure to be honest, but the name dylon rings a bell (to my girlfriend at least). One of those that you put into the washing machine with whatever you want died. They say it's for x grams of clothing and if you do more you'll get less of a dye. I've put in a denim jacket, baseball cap and a couple of shirts to a packet and all came out black as night (well...black at least...)...just did a search and amazon uk have one called Dylon Wash & Dye Black Machine Dye Fabric Large 350G which looks very familiar
Thx mate, i.ve tested the dylon in the washing machine (amognst other dyes) but can.t get hold of that "black night" effect even when i put less shirts, i also stricly follow all the guidelines from the pack. could you kindly provide your tips regarding washing mode and program chosen cos everytime i do it i sense the dye gets rinsed away during last washing steps (it doesn't stick or very light)
not sure I can help you much more I'm afraid. I've only done it 2/3 times and each time I simply chucked in a few shirts and pressed go on a 'normal' wash. 40 degrees. I didn't fill the drum, but I previously did a denim jacket, cap and couple or three t shirts. Never had an issue and didn't do anything 'special'. you done any internet searches on the subject?
