Today I have seen a post on fb from guy who added sleeves to a sleeveless Maiden Shirt and dyed it afterwards ... it looked awesome!
Maybe an idea for you ...

that's maybe an idea... it's sometimes amazing how people can refurbish old shirts... like completely repainting/ restoring a shirt... anyway; adding new sleeves is of course only possible when the old were cut exactly along the seam... i'm about to upload another Entombed shirt: i think it will be hard to give that one new sleeves....
