Haha thanks man! Yeah the "Anti Cosmic" stuff really put them out there. Most Dissection fans are like "Welcome to Reinkaos-land" but I really enjoy the early stuff, such as this
Reinkaos never appealed to me, I'll give it that it has some decent tracks. But overall it's just comes of as stock Gothenburg-death metal witch takes itself way to seriously.
It's not as off as say De Infernali, but it's just seems dumbed down for a wider audeince.
Reinkaos was honestly my favorite Dissection release, but I completely agree with every single thing you said. It was very to the point, but I like imagery to be honest. But I really love The Grief Prophecy, and of course Storm Of The Lights Bane and The Somberlain are classics. 5 flames to you for good Dissection conversations! Haha
Yeah I don't own it myself. But I flipped through the pages of the booklet at my ex's place once. I think I enjoyed the art more than the music. But I can't recall exactly how it looked, kind of Doré-esque eh?
Yes haha. I find myself liking the artwork more than the music often. I'm always pleased by Dissection though, and they are missed. Rest in peace Nödtveidt

One of the Best Dissection shirts I've seen. Nice to see shirts without that "Anti-Cosmic Metal of Death" or whatever slogan printed on it.
