The second London gig of what turned out to be Bowie's final tour. We were nearly halfway back on the floor of Wembley Arena - not bad seats, considering it's a barn. The band were incredible - one of those ensembles you believe could play anything at the drop of a hat. Bowie was Bowie - ringmaster, puppet & lounge-lizard. The duet with Gail Anne Dorsey on "Under Pressure" was a high-point, as was "I'm Afraid of Americans". Janet did a run for the stage in the encore.
