Darkthrone Transilvanian Hunger T-shirt

Looking for infos on this old Darkthrone t-shirt with a pretty fucked up back print. I'm aware that this was on the back cover of the first press of the album back in the days, and I condemn the message 100%, and fuck anyone who is ignorant enough to believe in any of that shit. I'm not wearing, nor selling the shirt, it was given to me when I bought a bunch of 90s black metal shirts a few days ago but the person (the original owner) can't remember when or where exactly he got it, so I'm wondering if someone has some infos about the shirt? It looks like there's some kind of a "D" (or "P"?) printed on his face too? I don't know. Any info is welcome. Thanks
