I have all 3 versions of this shirt from the 90's. The gray and white prints are from the two later editions (95/96 and 97/98). The first version is printed in all white ink, like this one.
Check the tag mate, this was bought directly when the album came out. Also check the 1993 rehearsal of Emperor in England, the bassist is wearing the shirt with gray frame. Almost every longsleeve from 93 has this tag, Osmose prints, peaceville, even misanthropy ..

According to Neseblod Records in Norway, they told me that my first gray and white version of the shirt is from 95/96... It's exactly like yours, but short sleeve. I trusted their word. They could have been mistaken. Who knows...?
I see what you're saying, but I don't want to argue about this. I was given different information. Fact or not, I'm very happy with this shirt.
