Thanks, man! I heard the "Conscious Darkness" LP first and got to Near Death Revelations right on! Poland has so many diverse black metal acts, especially when it comes to creating their own atmosphere. Lots of band even besides Mgla and Batushka (although I like them both!)
I recently enjoyed the latest Arkona album, Age of Capricorn, a lot. Just a full front assault on the mind with an ever increasing infusion of melody and variation as it progresses. Also Furia and Sytris come highly recommended
Thanks for the tip, man! Don't know it yet, but I'm going to change that! I am a huge fan of the two latest releases by Kriegsmaschine and also starting to get more into the discography of Cultes Des Ghoules.
Checked out the Arkona record! Totally agree on the increasing melodies, works really well with their guitar tone! Yes, I once listened to a record of Plaga. Didn't do anything for me at that time, but sometimes that can totally change. There is this band called Odraza, released a really interesting record some years ago, but I never got along with the production. Always hope that might change someday (You maybe know that feeling^^). It's not the usual fast-paced black metal, it has some groove to it and a lot of variation which I usually really like!
Treat yourself to some Furia as well, especially their earlier albums like Martwa Polska Jesien and Marzannie Krolowej Polski, they're both absolutely stellar

From this album on, they harnessed their true creative powers and became a giant amongst other Polish Black Metal giants

My pleasure! Also check out the (now rather inactive) band Plaga and their short discography. They're as fierce, yet tasteful as it gets
