The Brockum copyright is consistent with the era, although most Brockum prints used their own tag (black nylon with Brockum Worldwide in yellow and red thread around this time). Rockabilia only really listed these two all-overs in the mid-'90s. I'm not sure which one this would be considered, but I'm leaning towards "Blurry Photo".
