El infierno de Dante es el quinto álbum de la banda mexicana de Thrash/Death metal Transmetal, lanzado en 1993 a través de Denver Records. Este disco marca el regreso de Alberto Pimentel.

Quizá sea su disco más importante, pues contiene canciones como "El Infierno de Dante", "Vacío Abismal" y "Altura Magnificiente". Además fue la primera grabación del grupo realizada en el extranjero, en los afamados Morrisound Recording Sound Studios de Tampa, Florida (EUA).

Se le considera uno de los álbumes clásicos del Metal Mexicano, ya que, únicamente de la portada se imprimieron y vendieron cerca de 10 000 playeras y fue lanzado simultáneamente, tanto la versión en español, como una en inglés.
