Funeral Tapes from a friend.

Great cult material all around. Never thought I'd get back into the business of buying and listening to tapes again but here we are and with my newly acquired Sony walkman (which held up extremely well over the years in the hands of the previous owner), it's feeling like 1998 all over again. Thanks to my good friend here in the Bay Area.

Stemming from a very powerful pneuma. The sheer fully realized contempt for all in these tapes. Hails to the French Concillim Horde!

Absolutely. This is true Black Metal to my senses. I actually saw Seigneur Voland in Finland two months ago and it was quite an experience.

They’re active again? And with intact consistent lineup. Lenrauth and Xaphan. Surreal you got to see them live after almost a 20 year hiatus. Hell yeah! Checking this out now on YouTube.

Yeah man, it was fucking crazy. For such a cult, underground band to be given an opportunity to play at such a prominent, popular, respected and well-known festival was a real honor I think.

The earnestness of all the aforementioned music. A defining experience you witnessed indeed. That’s immense man.

Classic Warloghe tape. My Walkman broke a few months back and I haven’t gotten around to getting a new one - do you like yours? What model is it?

Joel's picture

My walkman is serving me very well. It's an old Sony model called the WM-FX195. From my experience, it looks like it's from 1996/97 or so. I feel like I'm 12-13 years old again when I'm listening to it.
