Firstly, the shirt is old. As they were only printed in Australia by MIM there’s not many of them, especially in LS.

No doubt! I have the Axe Killer leather edition CD version. I've been searching for this LP version for a few years and stumbled across this copy in a record store for $14. Not a bad deal. It would sell for much more on ebay.

Good deal. If it's in good condition, it's probably worth a little more in the US as the uncensored cover was never pressed here.
