One of my long awaited pre-orders, this is Nhor's "Within the Darkness Between the Starlight" double vinyl LP edition. Limited to 500 copies, including a poster and small two page booklet.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with this project, it is a varied mix of folk and various types of metal, but mostly dwelling in black metal. It's one man's interesting take on recognizing the beauty of nature and therefore transforming it into music. It's definitely not for everyone, but it has beautiful compositions for those of you willing to let it grow on you. It's one of those albums that you have to listen to carefully, calmly, and perhaps various times for it to really sink in.
I for one love it!

Really? Holy shit man, I consider that an honor! Wow.
This is one of those albums that one (or at least I do) has to sit in the dark by candlelight and really sit down and dissect it. Pick apart every instrument used, put them together again, and then listen to numerous times to REALLY get it. I can't listen to this with the lights on, I know it might sound stupid but it feels odd.
LifeOfDeath on
I've been getting into this album this week. I remembered you had the vinyl version of it. Beautiful music and those lyrics send shivers down my spine!
