It sure was, thae bands that played that night were, Keep of Kalessin and show openers, then Death Angel, and Kataklysm as Headliners.
Death Angel stole the show, they played The Ultra Violence almost from start to finish, i've met Mark, Ted Aguilar and Dennis Pepa at the merch stand after the show, very humble guys, Mark Osegueda was the one i talked to more, he was blown away by the Ultra Violence t-shirt i was wearing that night, he said to me that he had not seen one of those t-shirts in many years.
Yes it was, and that show also had other special thing, it was held on a local holiday called St. John, it's a popular party so the whole city goes to the streets and parties until daylight, the band were amazed at how the whole city is partying on the streets, so i explained that to Mark a bit, even inside the venue during the show there were fans with plastic hammers ( a St. John's tradition) htting other fans in their heads, and somehow band mambers caught or already had some plastic hammers and started to do the same at some fans that were at the front row, i was in the pit for the whole show ehehehe.
He was impressed by my t-shirt, because he had no idead whatsoever that the Ultra Violence t-shirts were beeing made again (although only in America at that time), i got mine because i dealt with American merch companies at my old merch store.
Yes it was, it's like you go to the show already very happy because it was my first time seeing Death Angel, and whe you leave the venue you enter right away in a way larger party that envolves the whole city, it's insane XD
