Any chance someone can post what the correct 8 track cover looks like? I know what the correct version looks like, but I wanna see the 8 track.

@Rover133 um..huh? what do you mean "correct" 8 track cover? The familiar version of this art (with the figure in goldenrod and black background with logo surrounding it) is easily Google-able...it's on the CD and LP pressings. What do you mean "I wanna see the 8 track"? It's right there above ye, son! : )

thrift store find. I do have an 8 track player/recorder in my lab...it's a real trip to hear these albums in the vintage format...

@Turbognar that's actually not a bar of soap, it's an 8 Track Cartridge. They were a relatively short-lived but prominent consumer audio format, a magnetic tape media wound in a continuous spool that allowed for non-stop play. The audio content was divided into 4 "programs" which could be selected via a button on the playback deck - they were notable as an early "in car" medium, and they complemented the Quadraphonic phenomenon of the '70s, remaining collectible curios to audiophiles today. And yes, I understand that you poke fun : D
