Description:
Nice selection of merchandise but the page is a bit cluttered, and the prices a bit high. Also they don't provide measurements for their patches, witch is a problem if you plan to place them in a specific spot and have limited space on your jacket. But overall they are good.

Got a few good rare patches from them, but yes I agree they are a bit expensive and unorganized.

+:
o Really huge choice of patches, sometimes you can find items that have not been sold anywhere else.

-:
o Seller is not communicative at all (not only according to my personal experience).
o Shipping time is, hm, not long. It is awful! I got my tracking number only a month after I made my order.
o Prices can really bite, shipping is also not that cheap.

I have been waiting for my order for 1.5 months but got some really good patches such as green "Handle with care" boot and Paradox.

Overall: if you have a possibility to buy the desired patch anywhere else, do it! Otherwise make order, keep calm and wait, wait and wait.

I've got to say... How long should I be waiting for these patches? I bought over $30 worth of patches from Ghoules two months ago and have not heard anything about them. Have not received them in the mail. I've messaged Ghoules twice now: no response. What gives? I liked the patches I bought, but never receiving them (or receiving them a quarter of a year later) is just too much. I'll likely never order from them again and it's a shame.

I ordered patches from them several times. They always take a while to ship out, which is a little annoying but they were always patches I couldn’t find elsewhere. I ordered a few patches a little over a month ago and they just shipped 2 days ago. If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation yet after 2 months that’s kind of insane.

I have still not received any reply back nor have I received the patches from Ghoules... 3 months and going now...

I've ordered from him once and did take a while not only does to not reply as he tells people he is busy all the time and send me a wrong tracking number but I got them and that is aside that the Mexican postal service is super fucking slow and unreliable at times but I still got them 3 months into ordering would order from him again if it's actually well worth it but if you can find somewhere else so be it

Update: Still haven't received anything... Did find a Mexican tracking number, however. 6 days ago supposedly the patches made it to... Mexico City! I took Spanish in high school, but had to use a translator to see that the message 2 days ago "Con mensajero para entrega" means something about it being "with a courier for delivery" and then yesterday "Entrega" meaning "delivery." Still no patches. Not certain if this means delivery to whatever 58th Mexican postal place or if they are trying to say it's been delivered to me (which it hasn't).

Wanted to share my story with this one: I tried to order 50€ worth of patches one month and a bit ago. Firstly a problem with the checkout (with PayPal) of his website made me send me 4 time the money I ought him. 200€ instead of 50.
I contacted him and he didn't even tell me what to do, so not a bit of support by him (and, imo, the very least he could have done was to apologize for the inconvenience). Thanks to PayPal (that whitin less then a day worked out my problem) I got my money back (obviously only the correct amount was given to him).
So I tried to contact him in every way I could think of, and still not a fucking word from him! And, of course, he didn't even tell me anything about my order.
Very unprofessional, at least.
A pity anyway, because the selection of his shop is quite good, even though the prices aren't that fair, to me.
I'll never give this man money again, guaranteed.
And if anyone who's reading this is in doubt, whether or not buy from him, take my advice, if you will, and just don't. Search what you're looking for elsewhere, I'm sure you'll find it sooner or later.

If he has not sent you anything at all, you can open a paypal claim and ask for reimbursement. As far as I know paypal can help you, but I might be wrong.

Reimbursement through paypal can be done until 180 days from the payment...so I think I'll wait a bit more and try to be patient.
If I hear nothing in other 2-3 months I'll ask to be refunded.
Hope it'll turn out well though.

By far the worst service I've ever had.

I normally never complain, but I just have to share my story here.
Like the other stories here it takes ages to arrive. When you have a working tracking number or anything, it's not a problem, but I didn't had that. Next, the communication is just unexisting. They don't answer on their site, mail, phone number, fb...
Last but not least, their prices are insanely high.
It's only a good shop if you're 100% sure you'll never find it anywhere else. They have some rare stuff but you really have to question yourself id it's worth it or not.

I'll never buy again from them, ever again.

Patches are always so unfairly dear these days. People think they can charge whatever they want!! But I have to say this guy is legit, even though he provides ZERO customer service (I thought possibly his English isn't good, or he doesn't like answering people's pointless online queries). Many things are totally overpriced, which is the case almost wherever you go. And when charging that much on a constant basis I suppose you have to stay on the safe side with the pointless fucking registered shipping. (The Mexican postal service might really be as shit as any other postal service I've come in contact with). My patches arrived within reasonable time, but the shipping fee was totally overpriced for the length of time it took. I didn't have to take Covid into account in this assessment, because I ordered a good time ago. In the hideous ghoul's defence, greedy, overpriced ebay shops (run by people who obviously sit on their ass all day) charge similar rates and then pretend that the "standard" shipping fee really costs as much as registered, or do not offer combined shipping and when an argument ensues they claim they have to charge me to post it, etc., etc., etc.
Final assessment: good but too expensive
