“A light German version of Death Angel...” hahaha!!!
They blow them the fuck outta the water! Death Angel only really put out one decent album which was “The Ultra-Violence” and that’s pretty much it! I’m from the Bay Area and never understood all the praise they get. When it comes to Bay Area Thrash Metal, they are at the bottom along with Testament (to a certain extent).
Vendetta is just amazing!!!

A Big Hug & Thanks for this one ! Another long overdue post. It was so difficult locating articles. It's a shame I've never even seen a centerfold or color pin-up of these guys. Just plain criminal. I feel you on some of the band comparisons in the album reviews. You're left scratching your head. As for Death Angel , I'm about to raise your eyebrow. But man I really dug those first two albums. My friend close friend growing up is a Bay Area Nut !
He loves Death Angel and Blind Illusion. So it most likely rubbed on me. You just might find yourself liking ' Frolic ' later in life.
But for ' Go and Live...Stay and Die ' It's a mantle piece. With ' Brain Damage ' right in it's shadow.
