Thanks man! This would have been amazing. Too bad Tygers of Pan Tang went in a much more poppy/commercial direction after “Crazy Nights” - those three albums are all you really need when it comes to the early stuff. Can’t say much for their later stuff since I still haven’t checked it out.

They definitely had the potential to do more with the Spellbound/Crazy Nights sound that's for sure. I have a soft spot for the two albums after The Cage because I'm a sucker for Jon's voice, but they're AOR/pop rock and almost a different band entirely! The material since 2012 has been good, and they're trying for more of the early sound, but you aren't missing too much in my opinion.

Spellbound was my first and will always be my favorite. I listened to “The Cage” and “The Wreck-Age” and wasn’t really impressed. I’ll have to give them another listen . I don’t mind AOR/Hard Rock stuff. Heavy Pettin’ first two albums and the third Tokyo Blade album, “Black Hearts and Jaded Spades” do that sound justice.
