Does anyone recognize this particular Voivod logo, I am not sure if this is true vintage (shirt looks and feels old), or if it just a bootleg. anyone got any input?

Most definitely a bootleg in my opinion, and I'm pretty sure that logo started to show up in the late 80s/early 90s. Not entirely sure though, but great find!
