This is my favorite Megadeth shirt of all time.

During the time of this tour I was working at Wendy's and we were doing a Kid's Meal promotion featuring Potato Head Kids. I took the body of the police officer and used an Xacto knife to remove the badge and the arms of the shades, then cut off the arm and replaced it with the pirate's arm, and obviously the hat from the nurse. A broken keychain was used for the ears (no caps, though), carpet tacks for the rivets, and sections of paper clips for the mouth hooks. Vic is a little worse for wear after 16 years - missing some tacks and somehow lost a thumb - but he sits on my shelf to this day. Sadly, I no longer have the shirt.
