Seriously awesome pullover hoodie by Cephalotripsy. Is a first press ultra rare. Designed by Toshihiro Egawa, the artwork on this pullover is amazing. Artwork is from the album "Ulcerated Mass of pestilent Engorgement". Found this one on eBay and couldn't pass it up. Probably my favorite and most rare slam piece I own now.

Yeah I really lucked out on this one. Messaged seller and offered 25 bucks above auction price. He was hesitant but he finally said sure. It was only worn and washed a few times so pretty good shape. I am lucky haha. It's been on my want list for years!
