[Pantera / Vulgar Display of Power] Does it look like a genuine 1992 Winterland or a perfect modern boot?

I've never seen a tag like this on any Vulgar Winterland tee. Plus the stiching.
May seem like a bargain, but it's still money and hence I'm looking for a second opinion.

I am very skeptical. The price seems too low for a true 90s Pantera. Also the tag is slightly off-center which seems suspicious.

I beg to differ about the price. It's a matter of perspective. A tee is worth as much as you're willing to pay for it and the seller agrees to sell it for. Not a penny more. All in all, it's just a piece of rag with sentimental value added on top.
The tag is in the center, it's how it's been laid down on the floor that gives this impression.
