I need to ask somebody from France for help.
On some international selling platform I found a piece of merch that I would like to buy. The problem is that due to some ridiculous and useless regulations and regional divisions I cannot purchase it. What's more funny I am allowed to buy and sell stuff to Scandinavia, Czech Rep., Slovakia etc., but in general Western Europe is closed for me.
I contacted the seller and offered listing it on eBay, but I got declined.
