I've been here since 2012. And in those 12 years I've seen a couple of things with the whole follower thing. When I joined you had a follower list on your profile. It went up to 5 or something I think? Also a list of who you followed.
After that it was changed into friends for a short while iirc. Now it's back to followers/following but not on your page but in a separate tab.
And all I can say about it is that none of these version made the site feel any different. So for me is like.. I honestly don't care what the Doctor does with that feature. But putting more focus on the follower/following thing doesn't add much imo. But like I said, it's not up to me. I'm just happy being able to upload and look at things.
yeah im not trying to make it like that but if you were to see someone with a following AND add good trade and sale reviews on their page it would kinda add extra like oh this guys legit or sum idk
