Thanks a lot, mate! Yeah, Finland is a special kind of country. I’ve got friends there since many years and I’ve been following bands from there since the early 90s. It made sense to make this jacket. The Norwegian jacket is almost done, and I keep collecting for the Greek one.

Helvetin kova! It has pretty much everyone relevant in it, some of them several times and has great coverage of appropriate styles!
Of the missing ones, I can right now only think of Diaboli/Sigillum Diaboli, but there's no patches for either (I had to have one made myself), Mordicus (don't remember seeing one...), CMX (possibly not for you/haven't heard them?), Baptism, Satanic Warmaster (but this might be by choice?), Prestige, Shape of Despair and Witchcraft... now I'm starting to slip into favoritism so let's stop and just admire it!

Kiitos Perkele! Good points! I have to check CMX, I haven’t found any of most of the bands you mention except Satanic Warmaster - which is indeed a choice - and Witchcraft. I haven a very nice witchcraft patch but I haven’t decided what to do with it yet. I have my eyes on a very nice Beastmilk that I may yet trade, so this jacket is not over yet. 🤘😁

Hey, they NEVER are over. Especially ones with such "wide" themes as this! I am also terribly tempted to make country-based projects (as in single country) - maybe I'll really try to whip up the "hometown heroes" vest I've been pondering and then just expand it into a Finnish vest - we don't have THAT many bands here after all! :D

🤣 yes… almost no Bands in Finland. Actually, asking a Finnish metalhead I just met what is the name of their band is my way to do small talk. They usually answer: how did you knew I‘m in a a band? 🤣
I‘m „finishing“ my Norwegian black metal jacket. And getting ready to start a Greek jacket. If you have something to trade for the latter, let me know.
And, yes, a battle jacket is never fully over. That is also my philosophy.
