Visually very appealing but i find it hard to take a vest serious with Bands like Moonblood, Peste Noire and Satanic Warmaster on one and Bands like Lifelover, Alcest and Minas Morgul on the other hand.
The only thing missing here would be a Thränenkind and a Der W eg einer Freizeit Patch...
(Therefore no evaluation, no need to grade this down.)
I really appreciate your critic comment, so respectful as well. Hmm, I really think there's a certain point where you get a cosmovision of the movement and, as critic, you can discern between moral principles of the individuals and sound/lyric-based subgenres (some times so entwined, though). As instance, neither can I share ideologic principles with Famine, nor can I see the world as Kvarforth would... But there's something beyond, an essence of reaction to decadence inherent to the individual will. It doesn't matter the condition of this reaction through a misunderstood nietzscheanism or through a shelter in nihilism, it's the gaze of the same abyss.
My path is the one of the heretic. I'm just guided by nothing but myself. If I'm supposed to be into "Black Metal" is because a progressive introspection. If you see it as something artistic, as something that goes beyond the will of the artist, nothing is so "trve" at all and everything has a similar ground.
Ending this philosophical reflexion regarding a vest, I just have to say I don't find anything contradictory on it since I don't follow a single cause on its whole. The way is to soar beyond the difference.
I know that polish guy you talk about, I was doubting of buying him an Ash Borer or Drowning The Light backpatch, but finally decided to print it in a serigraphy of my own city, like most of the patches there.
And ya, I painted some Algiz and Yr runes, a bleeding crescent moon, sigils of Lucifer and sigils of Þursakyngi (or Thursian magic).
I'll wait to see those patches and your vest. Good luck on it!
I will also show you what the big patch is like when it comes. I know the guy is "out of office" right now, so might be like 2 weeks. (hopefully it's alright... most of his feedback is good, only a couple of complaints with coloured patches (and this one is grey scale so it should be fine... I hope)
Lugburz has to be my favourite Summoning album and favourite cover art of theirs, I've been wanting this back patch for so long now but I've never found a good enough quality one anywhere, the colours always seem too dark on many I've seen, yours looks great!

sick.. I was going to use that same summoning patch on my kutte. ha ha (did you get it from the polish guy that makes the back patches?)
I went with the artwork from the first isvind EP instead though (the one with the thorns)
PS: did you paint on it, too?
I will post some pics of the patches as they come and then do a wip of the vest as well.
