These are "Bronze Whaler" sharks, the most common shark in Australia.
i like to deep fry the fillets in tempura batter.
It feels good and is better to eat food you caught yourself rather than some frozen supermarket shit ;)

Nice catch. I agree shark tastes much better than most fish and I have more respect for someone catching , cleaning and eating their own food than someone buying it at the supermarket.
Killing anything for sport or recreation is a totally different matter but.
