i am 17 years old living in a town called Hesperia, Ca my favorite bands are iron maiden, slayer, D.R.I., mayhem, any thrash death, black, NWOBHM, etc. i've been collecting shirts for about 4 years and i am just starting a battle jacket
in the way of festivals i've only been to: Ozzfest 2008, Mayhem 2009 ( i know its kind of a poser festival, but i went cuz slayer, behemoth and CC were there), and paganfest 2010

Most definitely a bootleg in my opinion, and I'm pretty sure that logo started to show up in the late 80s/early 90s. Not entirely sure though, but great find!

The one with the black border is the earlier edition, the one with the blue border is much more common.

He was on Devil's Rejects, and the TV show Just Shoot Me. He does stand up comedy now, and is known for being a metal fan. Check out a video called Metal by Numbers it is hilarious.
