OK, I don't want to put a huge fuck-off list of rules here, as I believe people will generally do the right thing as long as we have the right kind of environment. A few simple rules and checks should keep everything humming along just fine

General

- If you join tshirtslayer, and your first comment on the site contains a link to another site, your account is automatically deleted (I'm assuming you're spam here)

- You can't post a new forum thread until you've posted a tshirt/battlejacket/other/etc photo

- You can't private message until you've posted a tshirt/battlejacket/other/etc photo

- If you're a merch shop joining tshirtslayer, add your store to the Where To Buy list, don't spam with a link to your store, this page helps us build reviews and confidence in your store, if you can't be bothered doing this, then don't join tshirtslayer

- Do not post computer generated images of tshirts/etc, we only want real images of YOUR items

When your account can be deleted

- Being a dick towards other members (people report this through the Report link in comments)

- Being sexist/racist

(Your account is usually deleted without warning, and we reserve the right to keep the photos of your tshirts for prosperity, thanks!)

Hey Traders!

Welcome! TShirtSlayer is a really great community to make friends and trade some really awesome wares, so heres some ideas..

Adding your items

- Always select what kind of trade your entry is for, there is a drop-box for "Sale or trade" "Trade only" "sale only", this helps your item to show up in the Heavy metal Trade/Sell directory

Security

Most of the time, trading seems to be pretty safe, but here's some idea's from this thread about making it even safer

- Thinking of making a trade? check the thread about good and bad people this thread is maintained really well by Deimosk8 , see if they are a known good trader or not

- Less experienced/unknown tshirtslayer member's should first post their item to the other person first, and that person should wait until it arrives to send it theirs, it might add a week or two, but it can save a lot of bullshit and stop incidences like this one, from a dodgy mexican calld Julio Cesar Gonzelez Moreno

- If it's something really expensive and you don't believe that person really has it, get them to take a photo with the current date or your username on some paper next do it, again, don't send cash to people who don't have much of a reputation here
