It's a bit lame, Jeff Scott Soto acts almost embarrassed of Rising Force and Marching Out in more recent interviews I've seen. And those albums are both classics! From the very first time I heard I am a Viking, I was hooked for life!
Yeah, I don't exactly recall how he worded it, but he seemed to think low of those albums. I think he called Marching Out unlistenable due to the production and vocal performances; I don't get that at all.

Nice, I have all the Yngwie albums on cd, but only Rising Force on vinyl.

Haha no way, that one is way too special. Not only is Yngwie one of my favorites, I inherited it from my dad who also was a fan.
