Spectral Sorrows is probably the one that would make the best patch I think. That or Unorthodox. Either way I now know I gotta save a spot for the EoS patch on my vest.

You're absolutely right man, for true devoted people who are always willing to look beyond the mainstream stuff, there will always be "secrets" like Svartsyn, which is nowadays one of my fave bands of all time, really looking forward to getting their new "Black testament", I'm afraid I'll have to make an update on this pic as soon as I get that one :) Surt lit the earth...great one, yes, yet since the very beginning, that piano melody! what a way to start off this album :)

I Think I discovered them through an auction on Tradera(The Swedish eqalivalent of Ebay) for Timeless Reign. Then I fell in love with the song Surth Lit the Earth, then that ball was in motion. Yes that's the impression I'm getting as well. Some "well sorted" people like their works, and to be honest. That's where Svartsyn fits. I really can't imagine this band posing for pictures that will end up as covers for the next Nuclear Blast-catalogue.

Noo idea who these are, but this looks like a straight up Power Metal band if ever i saw one! As for the shirt.. dislike the design a lot and the colors are a bit off for my liking.

Thx for the words man! Well, mainstream black metal scene is always going on about Marduk, Bathory, Dissection...being the best BM bands to have ever come out of Sweden, you know how this works... But I discovered the almighty Svartsyn several years ago , through an interview in a spanish magazine, and their attitude captivated me. I started with the original recording of "the true legend"...and the rest is history! As of Svartsyn itself, I think they've fairly gained a cultlevel in the underground scene. But people prefer to keep commenting on patches hehehehe HAILS!
