Damn, I had no idea this patch was so hard to get. I use to see these posted on eBay and other sites for cheap. The same thing happened with the Obituary - Slowly We Roy, Gorguts - Considered Dead, and The Erosion of Sanity patches. Those use to be really easy to find.
