I bought these backpatches in a old store that used to exist in a shopping mall here at Porto, called Dallas shopping Center, unfortunatly both the store & the Shopping Mall have closed down 15 years ago...
Yes it is, since the store used to have all kinds of merch, as i teenager i hadn't much money, so i suffered quite a bit looking to those greatt-shirts, patches, backpatches, flags, etc, and not having the money to buy them all...but despite this, i bought some stuff during those years in the early 90's.
its funny you mention that backpatch, because when i bought this backpatch for me, i also bought the green house effect for a friend of mine, that also love's Testament!
The half Skull, half Indian with the forest & the citty in the background makes a killer artwork, plus there is the environmental message, that's also great!
I like the Kreator backpatch, because it's from Coma of Souls, that is one of my favorite Kreator records, and also because its diferent from all the others due to its shape, you can't tell that in the photo, but that backpatch is thinner than a normal backpatch, probably because it's fabric has more capacity to have a more detailed picture printed on it, i guess.
Another old school Kreator drawing i love is the face the mirror, those were the days where pics looked raw,and not all digital like it happens now with most album covers for example.
The Slayer BP is the most expensive BP i have, i bought mine on ebay a few years ago, at the time it costed around 30€, but i was worth it, because it is from one of my favorite Slayer records!
Thank you for the cool comment!I didn't knew the Malpractice design, but i searched it on the web, and it is a very cool design!
Here's the link to a ts with the same design for everyone interested see the Malpractice design.
I already have made 2 jackets, i have their pics in my merch photos, the other ones are going to stay in the wall, because i love to see them there. \m/
I used to have the intire walls covered with posters i collected since 89, but i like more the way it's now.
I'm not the only one with backpatches on display on the walls, there are here another users that do the same thing, and have more backpatches on their walls than me, i think it's a cool way to decorate your walls along with the other posters i have hanging there.
I got most of them except the Slayer eagle, Show no Mercy and Metallica's Kill em' All, at an old merch store here in Porto here i live, but unfortunatly the store has closed 15 years ago...
I spent some money there back in the day, sometimes i had to choose between having lunch or saving for merchandise, so i ate a sandwich for lunch in order to buy patches & backpatches loool. \m/

The Testament looks so awesome, as does the slayer "Show no Mercy"! And I haven't seen the "Metal Up Your Ass" Metallica Backpatch before, nice one.
The only one I don't really like is the Kreator-Head, I just don't like those Head-Artworks.
