I really don't get why people need to cover everything with patches and pins, after buying band merchandise shoes, beanies, caps, bottle openers, some damn underwear even...

Well I'd find it very unpractical to have a pencil case covered in pins but hey, at least your teacher would know which bands he/she has never heard of you listen to...
And if you're referring to the crazy merchandise I was talking about, I myself have a BELLYBAG of Anvil because it was just too absurd not to be bought! I just believe that the amount of stupid merchandise record labels produce nowadays is because that's what people buy instead of the real deal - the records :/
