Judas Priest calls it a day – last show ever in Sweden at Sweden Rock Festival
Judas Priest, one of the most important hard-rock bands in history, have decided to end their career. After having defined the term heavy metal for over 30 years, the Brits will say farewell with one final grandiose world tour, “The Epitaph Tour”, in 2011. When the tour reaches Sweden Rock Festival in June, it will be the last time ever that Judas Priest plays on Swedish soil.

im so sad. haha. they need to come to America one last time!
I'm sure they will. And you can bet I'll be seeing them on that tour whether they come to my state or not!
Same
Ha! I got to see them in Oklahoma two years ago! :D
I hope they get to come to Hong Kong for this tour (chances are slim though).
Sad :(
Atleast im going to see them at swedenrock :)
That sucks ah well im going to see them 2 times.
In Holland 013 club and on Graspop Metal Meeting in Belgium
fuck!!!!!!!!!!! I need to see the Priest, before they or I die!!!
I love Judas Priest and have seen them many times. They are so not done! My theory is that Nostradamus, being a somewhat tepid album, followed up with a mediocre tour, tells me that it will not be the last time they shred in america...They will release a live album, possibly re-release British Steele SOMETHING~ grab another drummer and make shitloads of money on a badass boxset, gain a new fanbase and play 13-15 shows in selected cities. Halford has been making appearances and collaborating with several talented musicians as of late~ he aint going nowhere too soon. He wants to go out in a Blaze of Hot Rockin...not shrivel up in the sad shadow of last studio album..GAWD Plus K.K. has got a few good shreddin years left. Just a prediction...lol
They're working on another studio album or so I've heard
And Halford wants to keep going with his band regardless of if Priest continues
But they aren't calling it quits, they just want to quit touring while they still can play their stuff good I think
good job I've got my ticket already then :P
Lame, I never got to see them. :\
What about Rob Halford? Is he full-on retiring, or is it just Priest that's calling it quits?
First of all, where did you hear this?
Second of all, you don't have to shout. :D
Well I hope to get a chance to see them once.
