Hi all!

Just been thinking about how voting works on here.

Basically it seems most people vote either 5 stars or they dont vote, or you get the haters that vote 1 star and never leave a reason why.

so i'm thinking of changing the voting to just a "like" button.. what do you think?

that way tshirts/jackets can be sorted by "most liked"

not sure if that will be a pain in the ass or not for those of you who do bother to vote properly

For those of you following recent event's at tshirtslayer, Vice magazine in conjuction with Nike were recently busted ripping off design's from this site.

Well, Phosphorous_Redeemer's brutal assault on the bitches from Vice magazine paid off.

According to Phosphorous, they have issued an apology!

Judas Priest calls it a day – last show ever in Sweden at Sweden Rock Festival

Judas Priest, one of the most important hard-rock bands in history, have decided to end their career. After having defined the term heavy metal for over 30 years, the Brits will say farewell with one final grandiose world tour, “The Epitaph Tour”, in 2011. When the tour reaches Sweden Rock Festival in June, it will be the last time ever that Judas Priest plays on Swedish soil.

Changed the voting a little, hope it doesn't piss you off, but it should make it a little fairer in the future. Basically to vote you have to comment. Although voting is optional when you leave a comment.

Votes now show up next to the persons comment, so we can see when they vote just 1 or 2 flames and you can ask them why, I'm all for people being able to say they dont like something, but it's annoying when they don't say why!

So we've been spending a bit of time emailling various record labels to see if they are interested in promoting their metal bands on tshirtslayer (along with sending them our incredible stats/pageview information) and guess what? NO ONE seems to be interested in promoting metal bands on metal websites.

So fuck it, i'm keen to find a handful of good metal bands that need more promotion to get out there by pushing them on tshirtslayer, it will sure beat ads for shitty designer tshirts from google! and it will be at no cost to the bands too!

Just a minor thing, but, I've added a new feature to the Shirt/Jackets Comments page, now you can filter by band/type, so for example if I just wanna see what's been going on with the Celtic Frost tshirts (cause that's what im really into) I just select celtic frost and tshirt.. For example..

Australia is very poor at attracting talent, and most Australian's with anything to give end up overseas, sign the petition!!! Refused because you never played in IronMaiden or Metallica? what the fuck?
