Great jacket. Reminds me of the days when we had to make our own band shirts and patches. There were no "metal shops" in the southern U.S. and we were too poor to order from Blue Grape or Metal Disc (any money we had was spent on tapes or weed). If we wanted to show support for a band we'd make our own shirts or pen in the band logos on our jackets. Hit it with DIY patches and some studs or if you're a drinker, beer bottle caps along the edges would look cool.
Thank you! It's always kinda cool to do it yourself XD But thanks for the ideas, will for sure put some caps and studs on it. I did more work on it and it actually looks better now. I'll post an update pic probably tomorrow. :D

I couldnt imagine not being able to get acutal metal shit. To make your vest better though you should try and duplicate the bands actual logo instead of just using plain fonts

5 for idea, effort, and dedication. When I first started, my patches didn't come out perfect. It took 2 years to really get perfect professional skills. As long as you keep on putting your heart and soul into it, then things will get much better over time. Practice makes perfect. I must remind the folks on this great site that ANYONE can buy a fucking patch but VERY FEW can make one. I have one friend who has great store bought patches but can't draw worth the shit (sorry Jeff). Even though his jacket is better than mine, I have the upper hand. If he can't find a patch or shirt then he just complains. If I can't find something, I suck it up and make one. Keep it up metal sister!

I think it would look better if you at least tried to draw out the band logos rather than simply printing them out in regular text. Everyone says 5 stars for dedication, it takes two seconds to write "Burzum" and "Mayhem" on a vest. Just some constructive criticism I'm not trying to be rude.

If I can't find a shirt, hoodie or a patch, I'll make it. Usually with silk-screen paint, and a stencil.
Band logos could use some work, but it's still cool.
