Most of the time, shirts printed on Gildan are bootlegs. Unless its a band just starting out that's not commercial.
Yes and no, i think the megadeth australia and judas priest australia tour tshirts were Gildan's. but yeah, any "original" print shouldnt be a Gildan as they are a newer company that make the blank tshirts (often really cheap quality too! they make them in india, haiti, china)
Oh yeah, and you can buy blank tshirts from gildan for about $3USD each, makes you wonder about who is making all the profit! hopefully it's the bands directly!!
I know my Kreator shirts aren't bootlegs (I got them at a show in Australia), and they are Gildan.
This generalization is complete and utter bullshit.
