New York’s own heavy metal vets Twisted Sister have confirmed a FREE show in NYC on July 25 as part of Fox News’ ‘All American Summer Concert Series.’ The event will take place at 1211 Avenue of the Americas (corner of 48th St on 6th Ave) in midtown Manhattan at 7am. The appearance is to help promote the 30th anniversary of the band’s iconic third album, Stay Hungry, and to raise awareness for the following charities: Long Island Cares, The Harry Chapin Food Bank and The Ocular Immunology and Uveitis Foundation.
Twisted Sister have also booked a headline show at Best Buy Theater for September 5, with proceeds benefiting The Ocular Immunology and Uveitis Foundation.
