In my position, even if I see someone wear something I personally don't care for (i.e. certain band shirt, over all "way of dress", etc), it still gives me NO RIGHT what so ever to deprive them of the way they conduct their life. If they're are keeping to themselves then everything is fine. There is no reason for me to get all up in their face when they weren't even bothering me in the first place. That's all I gotta say.

It's just Chavs. Seemingly we have them all over britain and in no other country. They're pure scum, as a rule, they don't have jobs but wear expensive sportswear and gold, get fucked up on cheap cider and Mkat in public, they're obsessed with looking and acting 'hard' and they hate anybody who's into any kind of Rock or Metal music, who they dub "Moshers". I've been assaulted by them many times for the way I dress, they'll shout stuff at you, throw things from their cars at you (I even got a bone china tea set thrown at me once) or even straight up come up to you and pick a fight. but the dodgy part is (and how it can turn so badly so quickly in Sophie's case) is the fact that these people won't try anything on, unless there's at least four times as many of them as there are of you, because obviously you're less likely to do something. They hate us and don't want us around anymore, and they kind of made their point when this happened, thank fuck the judge saw it was a hate crime and sentenced them accordingly.

Fucking pathetic. 110 friends? From what I gathered last time I read this, most of his friends were girls. The sad reality is a hefty portion of easily mislead girls fall for douchebags like that. tbh, prisons in america and most countries are actually pretty cushy. inmates are allowed recreation and personal property. inmates are given beds and can earn privileges. and so on and so forth. it pretty much was better than my army life

the prison system might seem cushy but the inmates definitely arent. The California state prison system is known for being very violent. I know this first hand living up the street from the legendary Folsom Prison, one of the most infamous in the country. Ive talked to a few guards before and heard about the shit that goes on in there, its nothing less than controlled anarchy. About 5 years ago actually, a gang member walked up to a rival in the yard and stabbed him to death before being killed by the guards on the tower.

I would rather be free in the most shit hole country on earth than have to serve time in Folsom, San Quinton, or Pelican Bay.

i disagree with this discrimination on principle, especially if the account as recorded on wikipedia is correct. however its is important that we remember that we are responsible for our own safety, and should take the initiative to be able to defend ourselves. if they regularly show up in large groups to attack, be prepared for such a situation. you cant expect the authorities or anyone else to protect you. you cant expect your friends to protect you. only you can protect yourself.

But not everyone has the ability to do so. Some do, some don't. Especially when it's out of the blue like that. We can train ourselves all we want but when faced with danger, sometimes we freeze up. It's a natural response and there is not much one can do about it at times. basically, not everyone's reaction is to fight back when staring death in the face. I've been there myself. Just look at certain soldiers in combat. Some train for long periods of time but when in the actual situation, some are hesitant as to what to do. The mind goes blank. Fear is the key word here. But, I get what you're trying to convey.

Not suprised. But that is just one case.. there are many more that do not turn out this way. Many more where the offenders get little to any charge of time in prison, and what do they get then? Freedom in prison to still take whatever fucked up cocktail of drugs, a TV, a better fucking bed than i have and a job. I say fuck this country fuck the justice system and fuck the waste of space fucking cunts. I have been jumped countless times to find the offenders released the next week.

As for what HammerSlammer said i agree 100% with him. If they pick a fight they are in a group and even then you still have the whole stabbing thing to think of now since everyone in England carries a knife. However they call us 'Greebos' or something along them lines

I actually got slashed across the forearm with a penknife by one of these fuckwits in a biology class in school when I was about 14. His punishment? The knife was confiscated, his parents were fined and he was sent to a 'correctional school' for 6 months where if he managed not to commit GBH on anyone again or Rob/Rape/Kill anybody for a full week he'd get to go quadbiking or some other lavish reward. Fuck the "justice" system here.
