Sleep paralysis

I haven't had Sleep paralysis but read alot about it /lucid dreaming and shit like that im really intrested in that topic.
It almost always involves a kind of a dark figure or something dark when ive read and heard shit. Didnt something similar happen to Geezer Butler from Black sabbath, when he had borrowed a book from Ozzy about witchcraft and when he read the book and went to bed he woke up to a black figure at the end of his bed then the figure disappeared and as butler tried to get the book it was gone etc and thats the inspiration to the song Black sabbath or some shit. :D

ive had it once, i didnt see anything weird or normal, but i couldnt movie my body, or talk, i could move my eyes, it was quite firhgtening. but lately ive been having alot of lucid dreams, which are cool as fuck, exept when you wake up and you have no clue what the fuck happened.

I've had it twice, after the first one I didn't sleep for hours because I didn't know what it was... It was almost traumatic because it feels so real but in the morning I remembered hearing about sleep paralysis which explained it.

Some kind of black demon was lying behind me and reached its burning hot hand over and took a firm grip of my wrist, then I 'woke up'. The funny thing is that years later I saw my sleep paralysis depicted in an old painting I don't remember seeing before but I guess I have...
The other one wasn't really scary, I don't think I even had my eyes open but hands came from every direction and pressed me, causing a feeling of anti-gravity, that was actually very fascinating.

One of the most awkward dreams I have had in this state was where I was babysitting someones young daughter. Most of the people in my dream all knew who I was except for one...the mother. The minute she saw my bullet belt, she began to freak out and ask Jesus to help her. What? What did I do? As soon as I got into the little girls room to find her, I looked under a bed and there was a demonic pig monster. Well, something that was cross between a pig, a demon, and an Angler fish. BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! then the dream switched right over to me (with short hair) standing in a fancy kitchen with a ....brace yourself...A FUCKING DILDO IN MY MOUTH. What the fuck was that all about? Holy hell! I was more pissed about that dream than frightened about it. Funny thing was I heard my alarm go off but I couldn't do anything about it.

The most violent one I have had in sleep paralysis was where I was in the huge tunnel like laboratory where big plants where being grown. As soon as an old lady steps outside to find her dog, this Venus flytrap looking thing grabs her and bashes her against the window smearing her brains all over it. Then these wolves started coming out of the caves across the way. Basically, it was nature turning against man. Henry Rollins was in the dream too. He grabbed me and threw me out of the way to stop this watermelon looking thing from eating me. That's probably because I was listening to Black Flag the night before. Seriously, this dream makes no sense. This was also a quick one jumping from one scene to the next. I could somewhat still hear the fan going and woke up fully with my head shaking rapidly for a few seconds. Like I was having a exorcism.

One night about 2 years ago I felt like I wasn't breathing and my heart didn't beat. It lasted like 5-10 seconds and I couldn't move at all. I just stared at the roof thinking that I'm dying. I even cursed in my mind "Fuck you god" and then I woke up wholly.
I'm still not sure was that sleep paralysis or did I really have some kind of a fit/convulsion but it was terrifying.

I thought I was abducted by aliens when I was a little boy. Years later I found out about this sleep paralysis and it might just explain this strange contact with the extra terrestrials.

Never seen anything during sleep paralysis, but I do remember that the last time it happened to me was the second or third night I'd spent in my new university halls. I woke up, saw an unfamiliar ceiling and for some reason jumped to the conclusion that I'd been drugged and was going to be vivisected (was kind of expecting the censored cover of Severed Survival XD).
I wonder how long sleep paralysis actually lasts. It can't be that long, since I always feel my lungs have stopped working as well.

I think it once happened to me, but I just layed and and couldn't.. I remember that I tried to say something but my mouth didn't move, and I couldn't move my arms or legs... I guess that was sleep paralysis. And it only lasted a short time before I feel asleep again

did that to me too but i cant remember... but one time i was thinking about sex and it happens.

Fuck idk about sleep paralysis, but this one time i had this dream where i was in a school bus, going on a field trip as a kid with a bunch of class mates. and the bus crashed into this ditch. and i remember flying out of my seat when the bus flipped, and the split second before i landed i woke up In shock. hyperventilating, and my heart was like racing so fucking fast.

That has never happened to me but it sounds like some pretty scary shit from what your friends were describing.

This happen to me lot of times,I had understood that it was because of stress, but some ancient cultures thinks that is when a ghost or a spirit attempts to possess your body, other ancient theories claim that is when a witch sits on your chest to make you nightmares, there's a cool song of sabbat called Possessed the room that talks about that. I really want to believe that this is because stress because that of the spirits and witches is really scary.hahahaha sorry for my bad english.

I have experienced this several times, usually it only lasts a few seconds for me, once it was a gnome-like figure looking at me, other times it was more of a nasty sense of foreboding that something dangerous was close. I just "scream" and try to "break free" if you get what I mean, it's like trying to move a huge rock, sometimes it works and then I regain full consciousness. It just struck me how helpless one can be when one's subconscious takes over.

happen to me a lot of time since i was a kid and even now..cant move,hardly breathe,with stupid whisper,feel someone on top of my body..but eyes are closed..dont know if this consider as sleep paralysis..sound fake but this really happened..every where i go..

I've told a few of my friends about this.
This one time I woke up in the middle of the night
