i know what you/he's looking for, just dont know why he would need it. think it wouln't look good anyway. using random scrabs of fabric is the way to go here. slight collor diffrence, little fraying around the edges, not perfect square shapes, thats what makes them look good.

I made my backpatch on normal black cloth which you can buy in every shopping mall. I think this is the easiest way.

Once you wash canvas that's frayed at the edges, it looks like that.

Try this place on ebay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BLANK-4-x-2-Rectangle-Embroidered-Motorcycle-.... They probably have different sizes. I got some blank rocker patches of them ages ago.
Don't know if that's the sort you're looking for.
