this however has nothing to do with any of that, so no worries
it could just be a type of 'Capirote' which looks like a KKK robe but with a much taller pointer hat, the Spanish wear them during holy week and theyre almost every color from purple to green to red

That's not KKK, but there are black robes in the KKK.

I've never seen any robes like that. And with what the others are saying about the Spanish church, it's harder to believe that is a KKK robe. Maybe the band just made that themselves, and wanted it to look like KKK robes, or those Spanish holy week robes, but couldn't quite make it totally accurate. Or maybe they just found it somewhere. There's no telling.
