Buttons/badges
I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but when I pin badges onto my battlejacket they always get ripped off and lost in the pit! Any tips on how to stop this, or do you guys just not wear your jackets into the pit? cheers!

Yeah they had a few designs at the Sydney show but I want the official tour shirt - the one you have. They sold out all sizes at the Sydney gig - I was pissed off. If you go again, can you grab me one in a MEDIUM? :)

pit.

I glue gun my badges on but before i did that i used to sew through the ring (like the safety pin ring) on the back of the badge so if they do fall off they stay on

Sewing works also for me. Pain in the ass though, but they dont get lost.

I'm trying the patch over the areas where I previously had pins because I got sick of losing them all the time, whereas patches just sometimes get like a corner or a whole side ripped loose, but never lost. I'm keeping my cast metal pins on though, because their big and few enough just to be removed for a pit, and a couple of mine are araldited to the jacket anyway :P

I've lost pins many times in gigs and even when just drinking so I usually don't buy any expensive ones. Have you guys heard of these http://www.rudedogleather.com/pin_keepers/pin_keepers.html I've heard they work really fine with those metal pins.
