I believe when Anthrax announced that they were going to play the House of Blues, people started by tickets fast before it sold out. And you know what? When I wanted to get my ticket, it was already sold out. I got lucky finding a ticket from some stranger before the show. The venue said that it was suppossed to be the last metal show at the House of Blues here in L.A. before the venue will be torn down in order to build a hotel.
Oh, shit, I didn't see that this was taken after an Anthrax show before now, I thought it was just a random photo of people who happened to wear Anthrax shirts, haha.
Dope. Didn't get to seem em due to work. Got to see em last time at the HOB when they played the whole among the living album and some extras, did you go to that one? The crowd gets fuckin wild lol
Thanks dude! Sucks that you didn't get to see them. Honestly, this was my first time seeing anthrax and the HOB itself before it's going to be torn down. Yeah, I heard they played the whole Among the Living, but I didn't go sadly. I started going to shows in the beginning of January of last year. And you're right, the crowd does get wild! Haha! I was surprised when Anthrax played Across the River, March of the S.O.D. and Bring the Noize feat. Chuck D! :D They also played some songs from the Spreading the Disease album like Lone justice, Medusa, Madhouse, etc!
Eh its like whatever, seen em before with a bitchin set list lol. Oh I see, yeah sucks the house of blues has to go. One of my favorite venues to see live bands. Yeah I heard the jams were sick. I got to seem chuck D also with em but we had another surprise when slash popped outta nowhere and they coverd TNT by ac/DC lol
That guy in front of the tree is a total cutie muffin. @_@ As for all the Anthrax shirts, I didn't notice them immediately either as I was too distracted by the Demo Hammer and Dio shirts. I don't see much DH stuff, and Holy Diver always demands my attention. It's ridiculous that I still don't own a shirt with that cover art on it myself.
