Last week my friend had a birthday and his mother in law "baked" him a cake made of pork cracklings with some salt on the top as decoration haha. They were perfectly squezzed and baked, salty, crispy pork fat! The taste was fantastic! And it was perfect for the party. You're always thirsty after them!
